What’s the most spontaneous thing you’ve ever done? I don’t remember the month, but it was in 1997, shortly after I got out of the U.S. Army in the prior year 1996, and it was the first time I ever took off somewhere on my own. How do you make time for self-care? I am of course referring to my blogging, content creating, and publishing work when I titled this post “I Stay Busy Busy Busy”. I think a healthy form of self care is to never get bored. An easy way to never get bored, is to find something to write about, or find something on the internet to share with people, and I definitely stay busy doing those things. My Job Feels Like Home
What’s a place you visited that felt like home? Without giving details, I’ll say the place I make a living at feels like another home – my other home. If the question was referring to travel, I’ve never been anywhere outside of my hometown that felt like home, or that I called home. Chill But Busy Sunday Site Building And EDM Music Listening
I’m having a great Sunday today. I hope everyone out there who stops by is having a great Sunday today as well wherever you are. The weather is hot in Southeast Alabama today, but beautiful, and I’m not going to complain because Autumn and Winter is right around the corner, and those are not my favorite months of the year at all. I wish I had stopped Moving To Different Websites And Blogs So Much
What’s one thing you wish you had started doing earlier in life? I got on the Internet in 1998 with a device called WebTV, and my nose has been glued to a screen ever since. That’s nearly 30 years. In that time, I have started and abandoned countless websites and blogs but somehow always ended up at another domain because another “great idea”. I am getting older now. It Seems Like I Stock Up Just So That I Can Lose Things
What the hell? I lost my rubber tip stylus last night. I don’t know how. I didn’t go anywhere with it, that I know of. Some time not too long ago, I stocked up on a bunch (more than 20 or 30) sets of MEKO brand rubber tip stylus pens with the small rubber tips, for use with my phones and tablets, especially for my phones. I love the S-Pen that Samsung includes with their Ultra phones, but often I find them quirky to use, or they don’t register too great on the screen, and they become awkward or tiresome… Continue reading

It’s Snoopy And Woodstock For Me
If you could pick any fictional animal to be your lifelong companion (like a Pokémon or fantasy pet), what would it be? I had to think about it for awhile this morning because there are so many great fictional cartoon pets to choose from. I thought about the mouse in Tom and Jerry. Then I thought about Garfield the cat. But I’m going with Snoopy and his fluttering friend, the little yellow bird, Woodstock from the Peanuts comics and cartoons. FAFO Friday Without My Flash Drive
I FAFO’d myself tonight. I left my workhorse flash drive plugged in on my home office computer. Now I can’t access a lot of my notes at my other office. This also means I can’t do anything that requires saving pictures or videos tonight. So I am limited on what I can do online regarding blogging, except for that which I can write in UpNote and save to the cloud, or post directly to my website with tags to mark content for collecting later. It’s not a total loss. I can always find something to do that grows my projects.… Continue reading
