  • Every Trip

What’s the worst travel experience you’ve ever had? I’m not the one to ask this question because I’m a “both sides of the coin” type of person, and I can name something bad for every trip I’ve ever taken, and I will never finish writing tonight. That doesn’t mean the trips were all just bad trips, but you experience things that you never forget, and not all of those things are good things. Continue reading

  • Always Study Your Destination

What’s one piece of travel advice you always follow? My advice is the most basic of all travel advice, and pertains mostly to traveling in the United States. Use online resources to find city and state guides ahead of time for the area you are traveling to. If not anything else, you’re going to want to know where the gas stations, hotels, and places to eat are at. Google Maps is a great quick resource for these things if you’re taking a spur of the moment road trip, but online city guides can help to make any trip feel like… Continue reading

  • Atari 2600 Favorites

What was your first ever videogame? If we’re talking first played video games, these would be Atari 2600 games in the 1980s. Some of my favorites from that game console was Pac-Man, Space Invaders, and Defender. Through the years I’ve owned a Playstation 1, and barely remember any of the games I had for it. I also owned a Nintendo Gamecube and Wii. My favorite games on those was Nascar 97 for the Gamecube, and Bowling for the Wii. Currently I own a Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch Lite, and my favorite game on those is Puzzle Quest. I also… Continue reading

  • I Have Blogging Goals

Do you set personal goals for yourself? I have a personal blogging goal for this blog to post at least 1 post per day. So far this month I have maintained 10 or more posts per day. Site building posts, and Hot On Threads have been major contributors to that. Continue reading

  • AI Copyright Will Change

What do you think is the future of AI? I predict that it could take some more years, but AI is going to reach levels that can’t be argued against human creativity. We’re already seeing it produce video and images that are very much indistinguishable from anything humans would create. So because of that, I believe the world will have no choice but to offer full copyright to humans who use AI in production. Continue reading

  • TWOZ

Which book’s world would be the absolute worst to live in? I’m gonna say The Wizard Of Oz. It’s an absolute strange place, but makes a great movie. I never actually read the book (I don’t think). Just saw the movie countless times. Continue reading

  • Red Planet

What’s the most underrated movie you’ve ever watched? I don’t watch movies much over the last few years, so I had to consult Google and IMDB to get some reminders. I’m going to go with a movie called Red Planet from 2000, starring Val Kilmer. It’s a science fiction adventure movie about astronauts searching Mars for solutions to save a dying Earth, only to have the mission go terribly wrong. It’s one of those movies you take with a grain of salt and enjoy for what it is. Continue reading

  • Stopped Smoking

What’s something you’ve done that you never thought you could? This is an 18 year old story for me, but is one I’m proud of. I started smoking in 1990, and finally quit in 2008. I didn’t think I would ever quit back then, but every year in February I am always grateful to myself that I did. It took getting sick to the point I couldn’t stand to smoke that made me quit. I had come down with the flu or something in February 2008 that I rarely get sick with. It was Sunday, February 24th, 2008 that I… Continue reading

  • I’ll Just Stay Me Thanks

If you could switch lives with a famous person for a week, who would it be and why? Honestly I pondered the question for awhile, but I couldn’t think of a famous person I would switch lives with. If fame is in the cards for me, I’ll earn it for myself. Continue reading

How do you manage stress? I eat cake. Continue reading
